When you make a booking, we collect the information you provide directly, such as your name, preferred start date, course/plan selection, Telegram username, and email address.

We do not currently use cookies for advertising or tracking, and we do not run analytics that identifies you personally. If this changes, this policy will be updated.

We use the information you provide to process your booking, communicate with you about your course, and respond to enquiries. Booking details are currently sent to us by email as a submission, and may also be collected through a linked Google Form as part of finalising your registration.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

We use Google Forms to collect final booking registration details, which is subject to Google's own privacy policy. We may also communicate with you via Telegram or WhatsApp if you choose to contact us that way, which are subject to those platforms' respective privacy policies.

5. Data retention

We retain booking information for as long as necessary to provide our services and to meet any legal or accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
